Cancellation and refunds policy

Customers have the right to change their mind at any time from the moment of purchase through to seven working days after the item is delivered.

To cancel, simply notify by emailing craft@olivemayscabin.com. Pre-Orders will be refunded. If you’ve already received the item, you must also arrange during this period for the item to be returned to us in unused and undamaged condition.

We will issue a refund for the cost of the item minus postage costs. Note: where the items were classed as free postage, the actual cost of postage will be deducted.

Our refunds and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
